We’re delighted to announce that we’ve won the ‘Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award’ for the second year running. The award recognises the exceptional customer service the teams have delivered throughout 2022.
Feefo is an independent review site that allows customers to share their experiences of the businesses with which they engage.
To achieve the Gold standard a business must receive a service rating of at least 4.5 out of 5, and over 50 reviews. During 2022, NICEIC Insurance Services collected nearly 300 reviews, which is a fantastic achievement.
