Changes to Existing Customer Document Portal from 1 March 2021.

We’re currently in the process of upgrading our online portal for existing insurance customers. The new portal, with its improved functionality, will launch on Monday 1 March 2021 and will be available by clicking here or from the access your documents page.

Please be assured your insurance documents will automatically be available on the new website however, for security reasons we are unable to migrate your passwords. Therefore, the first time you log in from 1 March you’ll need to set a new one. To start the process please use this link.

To allow us to prepare for the launch of the new online insurance portal, we will be closing the current portal down on Friday 26 February at 6pm. If you don’t already have a copy of your insurance documents downloaded and need a copy of them prior to 1 March, we recommend you download them now from
