The Feefo Awards are a mark of excellence, acknowledging businesses consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience. To earn a Gold Trusted Service Award, companies must have collected a minimum of 50 reviews, with a Feefo service rating falling between 4.5 and 4.9, within the period from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.
