Renewals
Our renewal process is simple so renewing your policy couldn’t
be easier. We will write to you 28 days prior to your current
policy expires, advising you of the price and terms and conditions
of your new policy for the coming year.
We offer several ways to pay for your renewal:
By Direct debit
We offer various instalment plans that suit your needs. Please

for more information.
Credit/ Debit card
Please call us on 0845 601 2376 and our
customer service team will process your card payment
Cheque Payment
If you would like to pay by cheque, please forward payment,
clearly stating your policy number on the back of your cheque

Mid Term Adjustments
We understand that your business needs can change throughout the
policy year. Making a change to your policy is easy, you can
contact our customer service team on 0845 601 2376
who will access your current policy and make your required changes
which will then be stored on our system so you don’t need to advise
us again when your policy is due for renewal.
Making a Complaint
If for any reason you are unhappy with us, we would like to hear
from you. Making a complaint will not prejudice your right to take
legal proceedings. If you are unhappy with your insurer please
contact us in the first instance, if you wish to complain directly
to the insurer their complaints procedure is detailed within the
policy wording or summary of cover.

Making a Claim
We arrange a wide variety of different types of personal
insurance with many different insurers so we recommend in the first
instance that you refer to the paperwork we have sent you.
Please refer to the policy booklet or the policy summary which
will contain a page headed 'How to claim' (or similar). This will
give specific telephone numbers for you to contact, with many
insurers having a 24 hour claims helpline number. When you call
them please ensure you have your policy number to hand.
